HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Please refer back to your original Order Confirmation email and click "View Order" to find the tracking number. Click on the tracking number and it will show you the tracking update of your parcel.
You will also receive a Tracking Update email within 2 business days with the same tracking number. Click on that number to see the tracking or copy and paste your tracking number into Australia Post / New Zealand Post, International/17 Track to view the progress of your parcel.
Please note that when your parcel is in customs, there may not be an update until it is handed over to your postal service. Refer back to tracking after a few days.
WHAT CARRIERS DO ORDERS SHIP BY?
Australian and New Zealand orders ship via Australia Post.
U.S. orders are delivered via Post UPS / USPS.
United Kingdom orders are delivered by Royal Mail.
All other countries have their local postal service deliver your parcel.
